Fire agate is a type of chalcedony and is found only in certain areas of northern Mexico and the southwestern United States.  This rectangular fire agate is faceted and semi-translucent, and nicely matched with sterling silver Bali-style beads and bead caps.  On a sterling silver chain, approx. 18.5".

The earrings have lovely caramel-colored carnelian beads, also with sterling silver Bali-style beads, and sterling earwires, 1-5/8".
